SWSC Releases Water Quality Report for Calendar Year 2020
The Commission has released its annual Water Quality Report, covering calendar year 2020 for its drinking water retail customers in Springfield and Ludlow. The report summarizes the results of all water quality testing completed in 2020 and how those results compare to state and federal drinking water quality requirements.
The report also describes the source of Commission customers’ drinking water, and contains other important educational information about water quality, health, source water protection, and the drinking water treatment process.
