Applicants must complete and return the form, along with required proof of income eligibility documentation (LIHEAP approval letter) to the Commission.

The Commission’s discount program for senior, disabled, and disabled Veteran homeowners also increased as of July 1st, from $75 per year to $81 per year. More information on the discount program and application is available on the Commission’s website https://waterandsewer.org/residential/customer-assistance-programs/.
