The entirety of the property is under a conservation restriction held by the MA DCR. This restriction limits the development on the parcel and ensures the property will remain in a natural, scenic and open condition for the purpose of wildlife conservation, forest health and drinking water supply protection.

The property was purchased from the Wiatrowski Family in 2002.

Notable Features
Wiatrowski Conservation Area is predominantly forested with a large wetland in the center of the property. Jabish Brook passes through the northern portion of the property.
