Water or sewer service line replacements and repairs may be scheduled by calling 413-310-3501 or requesting service online. For after-hours or emergency calls, our answering service will have someone return your call as soon as possible.
The Commission offers the following repairs and services:
Water:
- Water service valve replacement
- Water service pipe repairs
- Frozen service pipe thawing
- Shut off and turn on of a water service
- Meter replacement
Sewer:
- Sewer back-up
- Sewer cleaning
- Sewer line connection repairs
- Sewer CCTV Inspections
Minimum service charge to have a technician respond to a call is $75.
Actual charges vary depending on if it is a water or sewer service as well as the day of the week and time the technician must respond.
